The SMILE_PH method has shown exceptional results in counselling practice and in research studies. The number of institutions (academic, educational, corporate, healthcare, etc.) using the method to develop purpose and meaningful well-being is growing internationally.
Contrary to other trainings related to philosophical counselling, this certification training is not superficial. It takes 15 sessions online (45 minutes each) with the creator of SMILE_PH in person, Dr Luis de Miranda, all bespoke and individual. You will go through the 8 steps of the method as a counsellee such that you experience the approach first-hand and clarify your purpose, worldview, and self-knowledge. 7 extra sessions in between will be dedicated to meta-analyses such that you – this time as a training counsellor – are able to adapt the method to your style and own sensibility/experience/theories.
